Carved from a single block and left close to its own material: no polish, no fuss. The chisel marks stay, the grain runs through the shoulder and down the flank, and the whole piece leans a few degrees off true — which is what gives it its posture. Finished with wax, so it holds warmth in the hand and in the light.
